im really into gaming.. and i noticed my performance is dropping lately... i dont expect the best but if my pc can run most new games @ 40-60 fps im ok with that i dont have money to buy the best hardware anyways..
but i just picked up DayZ and its made me realize how outdated my cpu actually is... its a amd athlon IIx3 455 its been ok for the past 5 years but i think its time for an upgrade..
i dont have alot of money for a whole new motherboard... so im gonna have to stick to an am3 cpu.. so i was thinking a amd phenom IIx6 ... surely thats a big upgrade and ill be able to get one around 2k-2.5k
for now my gpu is ok its a msi radeon 6850 i think its fine for the next year or 2.
anyways my point is ive been looking at all the online stores.. no one sells am3 cpu's.. or not wootware or titan ice... even checked pricecheck.co.za no amd phenom's
