Where to for good good tax consultant

Hello

Does anybody know of good tax consultant that can help me out after hours?
To busy during works hours to sort this out.

Tried doing everything online ,but sars cannot reset my password because they say the address on there records does not match the one I gave them.
I have never changed address ever in my life.
I also can't change my address ,because I need have municipal bill in my name which I don't have because i stay with my mom. They told me a edgars bill is not good enough ,and you need physical hand these forms in at sars.
So yeah need someone to help me sort out this mess
