Yeah, try DTI, but do not get your hopes too high. The government is bankrupt and they are very selective in which corrupt buddies gets money and who not.

Best would be to read up on and try private investors. But, from my own experience, most of the 'money wells' are no longer interested in funding local startups and moved abroad or, those abroad, moved out of this country.
