Where to obtain an inline power factor measurement device

Hi,

I'm looking for a device that monitors things like power factor, power consumption, frequency, etc., where you plug your device in using like a kettle cord, instead of having to use clamps.

but it broke and now I have no idea where to obtain something similar to it locally.

I really hope not to resort to a clamp kind of measurement device.
