Hey,

So i've done about 20 or so pages of photos & descriptions in Photoshop that I want to print and bind a few copies of for distribution to my friends. Is there anywhere in Cape Town/Stellenbosch area or surrounds that you guys can recommend that could do this for me? Somewhere that can do a decent job for either hardcover or softcover and not charge me the earth if possible.

Bit of a clichè but Orms does do photo books. I have downloaded the software from their site in the past ... though maybe ask your local Kodak place, I think (?) I've seen a photobook laying around the one in Somerset Mall .. I could be wrong.

Fuji in somerset mall does that, check out www.myphotobook.co.za and download the software (free), or you can get a cd from the shop for around R30.. There you can design the book etc, and just hand in or email the completed file, even shows you howmuch its going to cost while you are editing... can make other personlised gifts aswell...

You need to get the publishing software (its free) from whoever is printing the books. Fuji is the most popular one offered and ask your local chemists.

This is actually "scrapbooking" printing and my wife is currently busy with her first book.

Try www.kliqa.com everything gets done online (no need for software downloads or installations). You can use your own designs, upload as jpeg, right click on the image and add to background.

Hi

My wife has also done a photobook in photoshop and would like to print it. Have you managed to print the Photoshop files, or did you have to redo it in myphotobook or similar?

Thanks for any assistance!
