I'm sure we all know that this article relates to the hundreds of other articles we read in our newspapers, feeding our minds with yet more negative news.

I'm curious to know from you all...... Do you think our country can benefit to have a system like the State's 911 system?

But try and imagine that SA has the funds and resources..... surely this can work? And if so, what will you do if you're appointed as Minister of Safety and Security?
