Where's are the MTN reps?

So after MTNDD left, there was supposed to be a replacement to help us with our queries. This used to be such a decent place to solve problems as the MTN helpdesk is useless and they don't seem to care anyways. Seen some reps once or twice in this section but it looks like MTN has lost the plot with their customer service again...

No one has lost any plot.

Myself and snakepit is still here. We are no official reps and attned to the PM queries I receive. I look in here every now and then, however looks like you guys are looking after each other nicely.

Snakepit has helped me in the past , recent query about No HSDPA in Muizenberg !!! , but some sort of official source would be better.

Because answers like - "sometime in the future" just does not cut it.

I hear you.

There is a coverage guys here some days called Eastern cape I think. He deals with coverage issues. Myself and Snakepit works in MTNSP. that would be more billing and account type of queries.
