Which is better?

Just wondering, which of these setups is the better one? And would I be able to add a second battery if I found the single battery draining below 50%

The mecer is on backorder, I read somewhere they are only getting stock end of July. Saying that I have the Mecer one, it's good, but the fan is really loud and runs all the time.
