Which network does a box belong to?

Hi all

I'm about to move into a new apartment, there is a fibre box installed and the owner says that they were using Vumatel before.
However when I speak to Afrihost, they say that Vumatel is not yet available in that complex (and has no estimated install dates).
Is there anyway for me to determine which network the box belongs to?
There are no markings/logos on the box, but there is a DSTv GTU installed as well (see pic below).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Normally you would have fibre coming in and into an CPE directly.

Whats the extra box for?

DSTV Quad GTU. They run the dstv signal from a common dish to each apartment over a dual fibre network.
