Checkers for big monthly shop and cheese and wine. I don't like checkers meat at all.
Spar (closest) for top up and deli & meat (if not butcher).
Woolworths is only really for the extras.
 
Shop at the most (quantity of visits) - Woolies
Spend the most at - Checkers
 
It will be Checkers for me until Fnb gives me another reason to reconsider.

Checkers has the widest variety of dry products. Their Deli and Butchery sucks but the dry food products are the best at Checkers.
 
Not many options here in the Midlands. Super Spar is amazing. About R20 p/p for chicken.
 
Checkers for most household items, veggies etc.

Woolies for added variety as my secondary shop.

Used to shop 80% at PnP but their prices are daft now and often even more expensive than Woolies.

My local Spar is a disgusting rip off remnant of a local corner Cafe.
 
Pick n Pay, but I do not spend the most there, I just buy the bare basics such as milk, cheese and bread

I spend more money at Makro, but thats once in a while and online
