Which usage stat is more accurate to cap amount - saix or telkomsa

I notice that the user stats shown on SAIX differ quite significantly from those shown by Telkomsa.

Anyone know which one is the more accurate as far as the cap usage is concerned?

This probably only applies to those with Telkomsa as their ISP

SAIX, in my experience - except that capping is pretty much random, so neither really can be called accurate in any way
