You could probably get R1k for the Bells.
No idea about the statue, however Dewars White Label isn't actually available in SA anymore

Would have thought it would be worth more. Turns out around R600~R1,200 a bottle is the norm: https://www.bidorbuy.co.za/search/bells+decanters

My guess is that will cost you >R12k (minimum) for the collection, if it gets released here.

A chap in Colorado got them for $441, so R12k here sounds about right once you've factored in shipping, customs duties, VAT, etc.

So onedayonly has JW Gold Reserve in a gift pack on 'special' for R599 - remember, you still have to pay shipping. Makro has it for R589 a bottle (without the gasses ). Edit - they say retail is R900.......

Teaspoon of suger is the same thing.

Oooh, I have some real maple syrup from Canada - maybe I should try some.

The only cheapie I have in the house is Three Ships, probably not suited. A bottle of JD then.
