Evidence that U.S. space agency NASA has defrauded U.S. taxpayers for billions of dollars could scrap NASA’s case against UK hacker Gary McKinnon. Credible witnesses have claimed that NASA has altered or destroyed its photos containing images of UFOs. This could become a legal and public relations nightmare for NASA.

Part of NASA's mission is to look for signs of intelligent life in outer space. So asking for more money to 'look', after they've already destroyed evidence that they 'found', is a not going to be easy.

He's not on trial for claiming to have found UFO photo's, he's on trial for breaking into NASA computers.

I don't really see how this changes anything. So the files really exist, he still accessed them illegally.

On Britain's Kerrang radio show on July 23, 2008, Mitchell told the world that the 500+ witnesses telling us that a UFO from another world crashed in Roswell, NM, in 1947, were in fact, telling the truth, and that a government cover-up of UFO and alien information began at that time, and continues today. We have been visited by beings from other worlds a number of other times also, some of which he had insider knowledge of during his time at NASA. These events were also covered up. UFO proponents, of course, already took these events as truth, but now we know for certain.

I am not saying I do not believe or believe the Edgar Mitchell claims. But NASA is a government agency what do you think will happen if NASA admit UFO's exist. There will be mass public panic not to even mention the **** that will stir in the religious communities.

In 1995, a pilot reported seeing a unknown flying object he then contacted the control tower, the control tower contacted NORAD (North American Aerospace Defense Command) - NORAD confirms they are tracking a UFO (the recording is available) but then in the official statement NORAD denies ever tracking a UFO.

In another incident a pilot with 20 000 hours flying experience reports a UFO flew about 30 feet above his plane insanely fast. A few days later the US government releases a statement that it was a... weather balloon

I defiantly think there are fast craft up there, but I don't understand why they say they are ET. Do they have proof of ET involvement? I'd really like to see some proof. One of New Zealand's biggest mysteries and one of the world's best documented UFO cases is the Kaikoura sightings in 1978. Nearly 30 years later, the amazing events are still unexplained. The sightings were confirmed by radar visual sightings – and also filmed in color aboard a Argosy freighter aircraft flying south from Wellington to Christchurch and back again on the night of December 31 1978.

The New Zealand Ministry of Defence and other parties came up with a variety of explanations for these sightings:

Come on people - aliens I won't belive in til I see them - but a largely capitalist world run on the lines of: We have to proceed, so we will invent but if we give everyone all these cool toys, people will stop buying. If Tesla could have thought up "practically free" energy over 100+ years ago, are you seriously trying to tell me that over all that time noone has been able to go further?

The man who invents (for arguements sake) a battery tht will power a laptop for 2 years would be silenced before they could industrialize something like that...
Why? Because where would the profit be in a battery that lasts two years? Now extrapolate this to other fields and you'll see that governments (regardless of their leanings) will keep everything hush-hush just to get more money out of people.
