White House says unvaccinated migrants allowed in US and tennis player who isn’t are 'two different things’

The White House sidestepped a question about why it continues to let untested and unvaccinated illegal immigrants into the United States while tennis star Novak Djokovic is not allowed to enter to play in this year's U.S. Open.

Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy questioned the Biden administration about the paradox during Monday's news briefing.

"How come migrants are allowed to come into this country unvaccinated, but world-class tennis players are not?" he asked White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre.

"The U.S. government cannot discuss the details of individual visa cases. Due to privacy reasons, the U.S. also does not comment on medical information of individual travelers as it relates to this tennis player," she replied.

Djokovic, the 2022 Wimbledon champion, will miss the U.S. Open over his refusal to get vaccinated.

Jean-Pierre deferred the question to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which she said has its own protocols, saying, "It's two different things."

It actually isn't. If vaccinated migrants and vaccinated tennis players are the same, why aren't unvaccinated migrants and unvaccinated tennis players the same?

Legalized oppression and discrimination. Common in Socialist and Communist governments. Happens all the time, just look at SA.

Funny how communist governments think and reason......:ROFL::ROFL:
Everything not excessively right wing seems communist to you.

But allow me to elaborate a little further - and the white House in this particular instance is correct.

There is a distinction to be drawn between a migrant seeking refuge in a different land, to a regular person from a regular country embarking on international travel to play a game of golf (or whatever).

Migrants may or may not have access to medical needs in their home country, and often enter the new country undocumented - exactly as we see in our home country. Entry is humanitarian need based, not leisure travel.
That aside, once in the new land, medical tests are done including status of various vaccinations.

You probably don't believe this as its inconvenient to your general narrative, but take a look at our own home affairs dept website & take a look at the requirements (medical) to take up residency.

Because migrants are obedient and can be used for human trafficking syndicate run by dems. Plus each of the migrants can vote 7000 times in one election.

Let me clear this up for you in a single paragraph and supporting link....

If a migrant wants to enter the US based on so-called "humanitarian" reasons, the least the US could do is forcefully vaccinate them before releasing them. Instead, the US government has no requirement for that and release them into the public knowingly that they will infect Americans.

Funny the double standards, right?

Seems you might be confusing those two words. Migrants seek work, refugees seek refuge. And even then refugees under international law are limited to the nearest safe country. Last time I checked Mexico is doing rather well, thus any South American seeking refuge should stay in Mexico.

I mean, they entered illegally already, I don't think the vaccination policy applies to them as they have already entered illegally.

So stupid.

So why not force the migrants to take the clot shot as a condition of them not getting deported?

The problem is that they have not entered illegally. They gave themselves over. They are processed by government and purposefully released knowing they will infect millions, tens of millions, hundreds of millions of Americans.

That is the reality.

You mean "illegally and thus untraceable"...

That aside, once in the new land, medical tests are done including status of various vaccinations.

Illegals are traced and their Vax status monitored...and they are vaccinated? How, when and by whom?

Just some small, but important things I wanted to point out.

Why don't they just say they don't like him

That's all, just preference, it's not illegal to dislike someone, and it would be immoral to force one onto another.

Of double standards - the same should apply to the tennis player.
Were you forcefully vaccinated?
