Lol. Your input just make me more certain that I'm on the right side here.Speak for yourself, I understood fully what he was saying.
It is BEE. Unfair sure given how they implemented the previous scheme but BEE still. I'm sure most of the holding is by external people outside of the company as was the case previously. No way all that holding is in the hands of a few thousand black employees. And it isn't extra remuneration, it is a potential for shareholding if the resulting debt is settled over the term of the scheme. This isn't BEE. This is extra remuneration for only black employees.
Strange, next time speak for yourself, unless you are a delegated spokesperson of some grouping?Lol. Your input just make me more certain that I'm on the right side here.
As opposed to the left side? Who said anything about sides?Lol. Your input just make me more certain that I'm on the right side here.
Share schemes count as a bonus and part of remuneration. Sasol is publicly traded every Unit trust, RA, pension fund, the Pic all have shares. There's enough black shareholders and everyone else that wants shares can just buy them.It is BEE. Unfair sure given how they implemented the previous scheme but BEE still. They not at the BBBBBBBEEEEEE point yet?Actually it is a BBBEE transaction.
They not at the BBBBBBBEEEEEE point yet?
Thank goodness for that reprieve.
You missed my sarcasm?
No sweat. Thanks for links anyway. So sad how everyone tows the failed NP/ANC modus operandi where they are hellbend to suppress one race group to the detriment of all and everyone.Lol. Yeah missed that one

Sasol fscked up the last BEE share program and this is just more of the same stupidity.
Sasol Khanyisa is ultimately intended to achieve an effective (direct and indirect) B-BBEE ownership of at least 25% in Sasol South Africa, currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sasol.
It’s not the same entity. The listed entity is Sasol Holding, the entity in which they give is the non listed subsidiary Sasol South Africa.
