Haha I got mine today. On it is a big sticker that says it should only be delivered on Friday. Busy copying over the games from my external at the moment.

I ordered one this morning for collection but no update yet.

Only played Forza 7 so far and it's been great. It's so smooth that I feel a bit weird now. 4k looks so nice and crisp!

No, they delivered it this morning. Had it at 10am already and then had to wait the whole day to get home and play.

Well, colour me surprised. Sigh. Enjoy. I only wanted this for the 4K player, but I will admit I get annoyed when Takealot stuff me around.

Went a bit differently for me though...

First agent asked me to switch on and log in but then it needed the initial update.
He then said I need to contact the retailer and get them to request it (was very nice though)

I did the update and then took a chance again.
Told the second person that the first one asked me to update and sign in before he could assist. They then requested my serial number and after a few minutes, replied to say all was verified and gave me a code.

They were quite easy to deal with

I got my code yesterday too. However they also told me to contact the retailer and then suddenly the person changed his mind and gave it to me, not because I bought a new XBox One X but because I've been supporting MS so long. So that was very nice of them.

Forza 7 looks glorious and it feels incredibly smooth. It's the only game I've tried so far.

Had mine for several weeks. I would recommend sea of pirates when it is released in March.

Destiny 2 and elder scrolls look great. Also elite dangerous

Got mine yesterday from Takealot, amazing what they packed in such a small console. Runs completely silent. I'm happy.

I played Gears last night and the game runs amazing.

I am very impressed.

Very, very early impressions from me. But dislike how the whole UI/interface is all about buying games or whatever. Very confusing for me as well.

Controller feels far cheaper than a PS4 one.

Must say it is sooo much quieter than my PS4 Pro. It's basically like a quiet stone.

Like I said - it is early days. Don't have a game to play on it yet (I am not downloading those monster GB's at the mo).

Just need to pop a 4K disc into it.

Yup.

But I also wasn’t a fan at first but over time it’s far superior to the DS4.

More so if you’ve opened them up and looked inside.
