So i am sure a lot of you have read the bizarre article published on News24 by Glenn Bownes titled: All aboard the anti-hate train. He is making things up and twisting Cat's words...

Now people like this are the real bigots, trying to deter us SA fans in not going.

Sorry though mate, the Jhb concert is already sold out and I see that Cat has added a second date in Jhb at the Dome the following night coz its so popular.

So, what do you peeps think?

And who is going to go, and try to relive those "Majikat" experiences, living a really Wild World?

Too expensive. Was going to book - but not paying R3,400 for four tickets.

Thinking of going after hearing him again on Guardians 2. Such a great scene.

Only if he changes his name back.
Why is everyone calling him by his old name "Cat" ? That's not his name anymore.

Cat Stevens is just his stage name and what he is touring as again he never officially changed to Cat Stevens IIRC

Birth name is Steven Demetre Georgiou (imagine that would not be easy on the tongue for fans :D
ANd he changed that officially to Yusuf Islam

Loved his music and still dig his old stuff, not even sure or interested if he has new stuff out.
Wouldn't spend that money to go see him though.
