Who must I ask for help?

Hello!

I just registered a new domain and uploaded the website but I can't view the site or use email of the new domain at all on the MTN network... I had a similar problems last year with a different site and then MTNDD helped me to get the IP address unblocked and then everything was fine.

I have no I idea why the site will not display and the email is not working. It works fine every where else. When I enter the URL it redirects to Google and says that there is no such domain... So I suppose there's a missing link between MTN and the co.za authorities?

Please let me know to whom I must send a PM with the details.

How long ago did you register it? It might take a while for the DNS to propagate.
