Who to contact for better signal?

Hi all,

So the company I work for sell serviced office space so we have multiple clients in our building and one of our new building does not have great MTN signal coverage.

I need to try contact someone at MTN to see if we cannot get better coverage for the building / area. There is a lot of development happening in the area as well - we are the first building up in a new office park so it may be worth their while to look into it and consider it.


Although I am not sure as to where I should begin enquiring about some booster or something so we can get better coverage.

If someone could provide me with a number or an email address it would be greatly appreciated.

Yes mail the coverage department and insist you will require a cel-fi unit for increasing your 3G signal Works like a charm.

They will however first conduct testing etc. and you will most likely mail at least 5 times and phone them 10 times to get an answer.
