Who to contact to provide FTTH in my neighbourhood?

So I want to get my neighbours interested to get fibre in my 'hood....i like the catch word "fibrehood"
I live in Essenwood, Durban.

Before i approach the neighbours, I want to know who is the easiest (and cheapest) company to approach for getting the fibre laid for the last mile.
Will this company take the initiative to approach the neighbourhood or will it be my personal effort?

It seems that the fibre companies are not putting enough effort via marketing in Durban and that they may be many people like me who wants fibre but don't know where to start.

It takes quite a bit of time, in the link below you will see my post from September of when I was upgraded to planned status. I have yet to be migrated to the available status. I believe though, that the installation in our estate has been completed in the mean time.
