Whooshing better - Cape Town, Southern Sunburbs.

I have ADSL at home so I was not so concerned about the slow speeds from my Cell C stick in the last couple of months. However since yesterday and especially today it is near to the speeds I experienced at the end of last year.
Cape Town, southern suburbs.

The irony of the situation, my ADSL line was out the whole of yesterday and I hardly ever have problems with that line.
