Broadband Contract Termination
Due to unforseen circumstances I need to cancel my Vodacom Internet Contract of R149 per month - I am only in the 8th month of my two year contract. I was told today that I need to pay R1,700 up front before my contract can be terminated! In other words I am FORCED to continue with my contract - paying for something I cannot afford and will not be using any longer. Does this sound right?
