How do you ignore yourself? That must hurt! Can I suggest this thread for help: https://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php/906450-Living-positive-meaningful-and-mentally-healthy

BTW - the USSD code to disable voicemail on Telkom mobile is #004# & to activate is *004#

;)
You do continue embarassing yourself, so you can continue, it became funny (I didn't start it)... Idiot obviously will think of discovering something new or finding something better, while it is well known things, in this case covered by GSM standards. :)

Nope, it is not proprietary to Telkom. Actually #004# does the same, but on a different software level. ##002# calls a program which handles number of resets and you don't need to try other codes after ##002# reports success. It is why a single code ##002# is recomended when going overseas. There is more self-service codes, see more: http://wiki.howardforums.com/index.php/GSM_Network_Codes

As for *004# for activating voice mail, I am pretty sure that it won't work if you used ##002# before. Why? Little brain practice is required to answer such a question, but not really much. ;)

On a whatsapp calling note, consider that some (however few this may be) do not wish to be billed for taking a call as not everyone always have databundles running.

I for one get so frustrated by the quality of such calls that I refuse taking them from anyone except my wife, whom I love dearly
