Why certain Afrihost customers will not get free speed upgrades

Got this offer before - after lockdown double-speed. Waited weeks for response, a lot of hot air and poor response to my queries. I eventually gave up due to pathetic service. What kind of support is days and weeks! In the process of cancelling. Got told politely that "this is our last correspondence". Wow
