Yeah, I understand that. I thought I'd first complete my site (like a Beta release maybe) and then save a bit of money so that I could relocate there. And then I'd form the company and create a physical presence there, rather than here.
I wish you the best of luck. Its good to see somebody passionate about their ideas. Remember though, sometimes a home advantage gives you the edge you need.
edit: also, there are local incubator programs you could join. I'm not sure if you're still studying, but most universities have some sort of entrepreneur/startup program .
