So I just had a look at upgrading my Vodacom FTTH line as my data usage has gone up in the last month or two and was shocked to find out that the 40 Mbps R1199 package now comes with 400GB less data per month! A year ago it came with 1Tb of data and now it comes with 600BG.
What on earth is going on here? How is it possible that they are getting even more uncompetitive while the competition is lowering their prices?
Lets not forget the fact that they promised that the network would become open access within 6 months of going live, its now over a year and its still not open access.
