I keep getting this and struggle to open web pages but once in it runs fine.
Happens on FF and Chrome
Telkom fibre 20Mbps

sorry should be 8.8.8.8 secondary, i left out an 8 there.
Also wrong. It is a common mistake mixing DNS servers. It doesn't work as you would expect and it tend to corrupt your internal DNS cache (also on the router). You should use primary and secondary from the same service.
Code:
In other words if you use Google, set
- primary   8.8.8.8
- secondary 8.8.4.4

If you use Cloudflare
- primary   1.1.1.1
- secondary 1.0.0.1
If you use mixed IPv4/IPv6 connection you should also fillup IPv6 DNS to match IPv4, or disable IPv6.

If you change DNS servers on the router, restart the router and all connected devices to propagate changes.

Thanks, will try over the weekend sitting with no electricity since Monday due to substation fire in Pretoria East
