It was asked (by the orc) why we complain

For me, out of frustration - I pay for an advertised service and get something else instead = upset etc. and its not something I can fix. If I bought an appliance I could take it back to shop and get a new one, here it is only one provider. So, I (and others) spread disatisfaction about Sentech (Scumtech, Slimetech, Seniletech, Sintech...) because there still nothing tangiable to say the problem is ... dry joints on our servers circuit boards, that would be a relief - something is broken, it can be repaired. There are many things apparently wrong, BW, contecntion v sharing - but what is IT?

One could easily set up a forum for Bad drivers on the roads and you would also get lots of people complaining and not being able to do anything about it, where there it would be the traffic police at fault for not being there.

I only complain cuz I get the distinct impression from my own personal experience and from forumites experiences that Sentech do not give a **** about their customers. They know if they loose a couple of 'power' users there will be other more ignorant users who will sign up...

There was a CUG meeting which in my oppinion has done very little in shifting the attitude of Sentech and I think Sentech.

Spoke to an orc today cause i wanted to know what i need to do to cancel. He told me to write a letter to his supervisor and say why i want to cancel this great service. Honestly i bitched and moaned and yet nothing sunk into his head. How thick do you have to be to see that your service is so crap!!!!!

dude... its not they are stupid... its that they dont care. Do you think it matters to them if they loose a couple of clients. Do you think even if 100 users cancel its going to worry them?

For each user that leaves I am sure another 5 sign up....

Sentech since I was an agent had a user base of 1800

Last I heard they had 500 people thowing their modems back at them

signups have all but come to a complete standstill with only a few coming in due to "bad" press

At the rate we are going and if we keep going with "BAD" press they wont be around till the end of the year....

I can hear the CEO chopping some heads to solve this problem and blaming a whole lot of people..... MD being the first then Product manager, and the list goes on....

Its not that hard to tell when you start doing stupid stuff like Sentech is in business something is wrong and you are covering your a$$

well yesterday they called me to ask if i still wanna sign up after being rejected (initially). I guess they have to go thru those lists now to get new subscribers. what a sad sorry state of affairs. they brought it upon themselves
