LOL!!! Depends on what you down it with. If you do it with a marshmallow and a modified potato gun a la mallow gun then odds are you cannot be traced....

Marshmallow is safe for whoever accidentaly gets hit by it. You only want to hit a rotor or maybe two...

Or if it is a really persistent thing happening every day, use an intersept drone. Fly to the intruder and knock it out of the sky...

Or nail it like in this video... if you are on a piece of land where shotgun firing is safe and legal...
