Hi guys
I have a Belkin router on one side of the house, and a telkom ADSL modem on the opposite side (where the ADSL line is). I run a cable from one of the ports of the modem to connect the router on the other side.
I'm not happy with the signal strength still, and want a high gain antenna. I called Poynting and was quoted me R720 for a directional 14db High Gain antenna. Is this price fine? Is there another place I can go to, around Joburg preferably. Also, I believe 14db is a strong Antenna, and will allow me to just connect it to the ADSL modem, and remove the router.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks guys.
