jsheed_sa, the closest we have to you atm is in newlands near the staduim. And there is a highsite in tokai aswell now.

Maybe check out the wug plotter from wug.za.net.... plot your location then download the google earth file - open with GE then look for the nearest person while checking distance. Cant recall seeing one near rondebosch tho ( besides the one by newlands stadium ). If there is one then maybe you would want to do a scan to see if you can reach it but best option ( and cheapest ) is to first see if u have LOS
