Hi there,

Can anyone recommend a good wifi router for a small office of about 12-15 people (double that in connections with phones added), or things to look at when shopping for one?

Thanks a lot

Usage of those 15 people? Any walls or ac capable devices? Just a router or modem included? Budget?

Half developers, half sales and management. There are no inner walls. I don't think ac would be necessary as the line is not super fast. It would be a modem for a 10Mb ADSL line (I know :crylaugh:) but should be upgradable to handle VDSL or fibre (not necessarily as the modem). I don't have a figure for budget but I think not more than mid range is what we are looking for. Mostly after a router that can handle that many connections as the current router (DSL-2750U) appears to be struggling after 18.

Many thanks for your help.

Well, I am currently using an Archer D5 with about 15 concurrent connections and not struggling, but I think you should rather go with something like using the DSL-2750U as a modem and adding an Access Point to it, install e.g. https://scoop.co.za/ubiquiti-unifi-enterprise-802-11n-indoor-ap.html or https://scoop.co.za/ubiquiti-5ghz-airmax-isostation-ac-14dbi-45-horn-radio.html as you can easily scale it.
