Personally I'm inclined to believe these are the real deal, they just seem too "unspectacular" and extremely detailed to be fake.
On the upshot, it's not all doom and gloom. Having thought about it the interesting thing is the 64Mb GDDR3. The major bottleneck on most GPU's is the memory speed (that's a favourite way to handicap budget cards) GDDR3 is top stuff, so things aren't looking too bad at all.
