It is a nice "idea". But that is where it ends.
"Unlimited" healthcare for 60 million people.
What could go wrong.

If they hand it over to a medical aid or some conglomerate of medical aids to administer then yes it definitely could.

If they plan to manage it themselves, no.

Basically what everything now comes down to. Even if on paper this plan was incredible, the ANC are unable to do anything even remotely successfully.
