Win 10 start menu

Did anyone else's Win 10 search just get upgraded from broken to non-functional?

The start menu search used to be able to find programs in the start menu. (Imagine that?)

Now it wants to search the web, or docs or ask cortana...or well anything except what I need it to do.

I checked all the odd subsections & filters...no snipping tool. Same for all other apps. It literally can't find a single installed program or app anymore.

Glad it's sorted. Still a good idea to pin frequent apps and utils to the Taskbar.
