I cannot find a driver for this frigging thing. I've tried using the vista driver from gigabytes site but that leaves me with a yellow triangle/exclamation mark. Letting the device manager search for a driver just carries on and on and on.

Any ideas?

Are you sure the DHCP server is working? Whats the IP address of it? Is it an APIPA IP?

Nothing to do with dhcp, the driver does not work so the card is not even active.

Are you sure?

Because if it doesnt work it would show a red X next to it not a ! mark. Go into CMD and do the ipconfig and post a screenshot.

The card is not recognised by the os so there is nothing to configure. ipconfig does not show the interface. It's a driver problem, not a config issue.

Search for the Vendor ID and Device ID. This info is available in Device Manager. It's similar to this:
VEN_8086&DEV_24C6&REV_03

Search for it in Google or on PCI Database.
