Hi all and thank you for your help.

My PC's motherboard took a turn for the worst and I had to replace it with new CPU and all.

I was told by the salesperson that Win 10 will pick up the change and after a couple of reboots it will be fine. But, it is not. After every 5 minutes or so a blue screen appears saying:
Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you.

What do I need to do to get my machine up and running again?

Will appreciate your help.

You wont lose Win10. If you upgraded legally you will be able to use the windows media create tool to get the Windows 10 ISO (if you have access to another PC) and use your old CD key.

Does safemode help?

A quick google gave me this
Press Restart. After Windows 10 reboots, you can choose which boot options you want enabled. To get into Safe Mode , you have three different options. To enable Safe Mode press the F4 key on your keyboard, to enable “ Safe Mode with Networking” press F5 and to enable “ Safe Mode with Command Prompt” press F6.Aug 30, 2016

I know when I upgraded one of my machines to 10, the upgrade always failed, due to continued rebooting.

Strange as this may seem, unplug your network cable (or turn off your wifi) and see if it stops rebooting.

I've successfully changed motherboards without reinstalling. I actually just pulled my desktop SSD out and put it in my Laptop when I upgraded and I had no issues. I ended up re-installing eventually tho as I moved to windows 10.

As others have said, reinstalling is a good idea if you swap out your mobo, but not essential.
You might want to try something like driver sweeper first.

Your temps do actually look a little high for idle and that could be the issue. make sure you have installed the heatsink and TIM correctly. Maybe try re-seating it.
