I have decided to 'force' the Windows 10 anniversary update by explicitly installing it from DVD as described here:

I just want to make sure, am I going to be asked for the product key again as it almost seems like I'm installing Windows 10 again, rather than doing an update as such (my Lenovo laptop came without a product-key sticker attached) ?

It is the work's computer, so I don't want to take chances.

It shouldn't ask for the key again if it already has WIN 10 installed. But in case it does consider downloading the following first and saving or writing down the key before "forcing" the upgrade.
