Sign up with GoogleDell Venue 8 PRO with Windows 10 (Home). Can't remember where I started going wrong after bungling the configuration after an otherwise successful re-installation. Inexperienced doesn't tell half the story... 
But needless to say I went into some Dell options on the log-in screen and promptly duffed EVERYTHING up. Solidly!
Have no back-up/restores.
Now boots as follows:
1) Dell logo shows for about 3 seconds, disappears for a fraction, reappears for a fraction (LED light alongside front facing camera flashes once or twice during this time)
2) Screen goes black
3) Unit remains on but black screen persists
Learned how to get into the BIOS menu from a YouTube clip and this still works.
Couldn't find further YouTube guidance nor any further support on Dell website.
Noob - wouldn't know where else to look for a layman step by step guide to resolve this. I'm hoping someone here can offer further guidance please? ... Please? ... Please?
