So I have one major problem with windows 10. DNS changes on my LAN does not take affect. It shows the DNS changes but does not take affect and still uses the default DNS servers from Telkom LTE.

Am I the only one with this problem?

I actually reinstalled windows 7 and it worked fine in windows 7. DNS servers immediatly change but not in windows 10.

https://ipleak.net still detects the SAIX DNS server only and Smart DNS services don't work. With Windows 7 if I changed the LOAn DNS settings ipleak immediatly after a refresh detects google DNS so it is a problem with Windows 10 it seems.

Interesting issue. Not too familiar with Windows 10 but I take it you've tried ipconfig /flushdns and netsh winsock reset after applying the settings?

+1. Winsock reset will also force reboot (which is a minimum what you should do immediately after changing DNS settings - also on Win7).

Addidtionally:
1. Remove NetBIOS over TCP/IP and TCPv6 unless it is absolutely required.
2. From your gateway IP address I gather you might be using B315s. In such case consider to setup DNS server on the router and also block Google DNS IP's on the router too. If you do it on the router, Windows will use it in automatic settings. See post #9 how to do it in this thread: http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php/800715-Huawei-LTE-B593-B315-setup-for-Unotelly-streaming
