The MS site is asking $199 for the license.

Any local distributors that sell it for cheaper?

Get a legit OEM key off of kinguin not a desktop license. You forefit support from Microsoft for it but 95% of the time if you know what you are doing you can "fix it yourself". Technically you need a new hard drive for it to "count" as OEM but they don't really bother about that.

Code:
https://www.kinguin.net/catalogsearch/result/index/?q=windows+10+pro

They're normally about 30USD

Those keys get black listed eventually.

1. DAZ loader on fresh installation of Windows 7 Pro.
2. Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro.
3. Activate online, done.
