Windows 7 issue help please

Hi guys need some help please.
I installed Windows 7 Ultimate on my old mans machine about 6 months ago and now it says he has 7 days to either buy or something like that.
I tried to install a new version but it says this disc isnt compatible with your version of windows.
I could run from disc and reinstall but dont want to lose any information.

Please help?

just buy a copy and activate it... alternatively theres a guy named Hazar... google it!
