Windows Powershell released (Formerly known as Monad)

We'll, Microsoft have released Powershell, formerly know as Monad.

Imagine a console for Windows that has the power of a Unix / Linux Shell.
I'm playing around with it at the moment.
It seems a bit more flexible than a Unix / Linux Shell. Which can be a good or bad thing.
