Channel hopping on the way to the office this morning (What's more irritating than Mark Gilman? - Jeremy Mansfield!), I heard the tail end of an interview with Winston Smith on SAFM. Something about letting people cancel their contracts or changing to a pre-paid system...

I'll check the SAFM website for a transcript.

sounds intresting are they now backing down as they see the public aint taking there crap and need to do this to avoid problems with ASA and the like it could be a carefully planed attempt to prevent getting what they deserve ie the ruling could be less hash as they are been seen to rectify the problem ...
