A Whatsapp message doing the rounds in South Africa that load shedding in winter would be a daily occurrence is a hoax, Eskom said on Thursday.

Eskom has proven their incompetence time and time again.

If you can't keep the power on in the Summer, then you definitely won't be able to keep it on during the Winter.
