Wireless Service Provider ICASA Regulations

Hi, I'm looking at starting a wireless network in my area where people can join, share data and connect to the Internet it if they bought data bundle vouchers. What I am wondering is, what licenses are required to open such a service provider.

You will need a CECS and CECNS from ICASA.
