Witch one is better???

Witch one of these is better the gigabyte GA-N680SLI-DQ6 or the asus P5N32-E sli.I know there is a huge price difference between the two but not looking @ price but @ specs witch one is better??

I personally would go for the Asus but I suppose the Gigabyte is more value for money

asus by far 1333,cpu's will soon be using this
