Witcher 2 10GB Patch

So I decided to dive back into Witcher 2 recently, only to find there's a massive 10gb patch that needs to be installed first. Anyone know what this patch involves? It's on the go at the moment (about 6gb to go) but I was just wondering what to expect...

It's possible all the content for the Enhanced Edition that they recently released. Definitely worth the download.
