Hey guys, does anyone know why the Vuma coverage map is showing witpoortjie as “show my interest”

It was on fibre ready, so I tried to place an order for an FTTH link and I saw this

Yes I ordered today. As standard, the service was awful.

First of all the order form does not have Roodepoort as a town as was eventually discovered Witpoortjie is a suburb under Johannesburg. Technically correct I guess.

So I want to cancel my adsl line to hopefully coincide with the hopefully soon installation of my fibre. Nope you need a calendar month cancellation notification. No problem as I have already paid axxess for September so hopefully fibre will be installed before the end of the month. Guess what even though today is the first business day of the month I can only cancel at the end of October so they are going to force me to pay an additional month of adsl that I wont be using because it is the second today and not the first.

any idea when the below part of Witpoortjie will go live, i have my pre-order placed through VOX already.
the top half seems to have been done pretty quickly so im hoping the below also goes as fast.

Hi everyone. I have a question. I am with Mweb currently on ADSL. Have been with them since they bought Tiscali, who bought Worldonline. I signed up with Mweb for Fibre, as they have been my ISP for a long time. The package at that time did not include FREE INSTALLATION. However with their recent new package Installation is FREE. I contacted them to find out if I would be able to get the new prices and Free Installation and was told NO as they would have to cancel the initial order with Vumatel and there would be "issues" . This to me is BS as I have been with them and stayed with them since they started and said if this is the way they treat old clients maybe they wont have old clients anymore. Has anyone else had the same problem??
