The skeletal remains of Sheila Seleoane, 61, were found on the living room sofa of her one-bedroom flat in Peckham on Friday.

Shocked police officers also discovered bright pink birthday balloons close to her body after smashing down the door into the third-floor property.

A spokesperson for Peabody said: 'We are saddened to learn that our resident has passed away. Our dedicated Tenant and Family Support Team carry out regular welfare checks with people who may be vulnerable.

'We did make repeated attempts to check on the resident and liaised with the police to try and make contact. We are offering support to neighbouring residents who will understandably be upset, and our teams are there today.
Said without any sense of contradiction.

A case of being bothered but not bothered enough, someone should have broken the door down when it became clear that the Peabody was not interested.
Regardless of the neighbours. The family and friends. lol that's probably how I am going to be found. In front of a pc with a terminated shell connection. If we haven't been loadsheded in three years. lol never going to happen, but I digress.

Is she 61 when the found her or is she 58
That's quite the conundrum. I believe they are calculating up on to the date she was found. The coroner would first need to determine the time of death. How do they know it's exactly three years. It could be more? LOL
